在这部重生恐怖片中,在酒吧做女招待的阿珍（邵美琪 饰）拥有一个虽然清贫但不失安定的三口之家，然而经历了不堪回首的暴行事件后，阿珍不慎怀有身孕。阿珍打算自行堕胎，结果弄巧成拙，全家还经历了严重的车祸。此去经年，阿珍一家生活步入正轨，只是心怀芥蒂的丈夫阿明（黄德斌 饰）始终对曾给家里带来血光之灾的女儿Lucy（梁祖仪 饰）没有好感。眼看到了Lucy的生日，阿珍为女儿买了一条小狗做礼物。当天夜晚，小狗突然跑出房外，在野地中刨出一个奇怪诡异的罐子。Lucy不知好歹打开罐子，谁知在此之后便经常被可怕的幻觉和诡异事件所侵扰。
可怕的事件愈演愈烈，平静的生活彻底被推向万丈深渊……
