有这样一位堪称“车痴”的美女学员莎基拉（萨曼莎·鲁斯·帕布饰），十四次驾考均未通过，第十五次学车时“车痴”正遇“车神”教练，很快便不欢而散。
一次莎基拉遭到匪徒绑架，“邦德”的任务是把她从南印度安全送到3000公里外的北印度，鬼使神差的是，两人均不知莎基拉正是此行的“货物”，在沿途的打打闹闹中，情愫暗生。
很快“邦德”开始了解到了真相，原来绑架莎基拉的背后竟然有一个天大的阴谋……
