Aleksey Turbin, a participant in an experimental secret program of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, enters into a deadly fight with a gang that is terrorizing the city. In addition to his official duty, he is driven by blood feud - he is simply obliged to find and punish the murderers of his parents.
