在这部灵魂密码惊悚/恐怖片中,泰国特别调查局DSI正在监视一个犯罪团伙，透过监视器，负责人加诺看见一个被捆绑住手脚的少女。这一发现打乱DSI的抓捕计划，加诺单独前去营救人质，却一无所获。不久，警方在荒郊野外发现一具死去很久的少女尸体。因导致任务失败，加诺无奈停止先前调查，转而负责无名少女尸体案件，美丽的妮查及另外两名男同事和加诺组成搭档。根据捆绑尸体的红布条，这支四人小组一路展开追查，竟发现该案和DSI之前追捕的犯罪头目X Fargo大有关联。随着调查的深入，一个强迫少女卖淫的团伙渐渐浮出水面，而当红制作人和歌星也被牵连其中。
在这一过程中，含冤而死的少女不断显现异象，使案件愈加扑朔迷离……
When the murdered body of a high school girl is found naked with a strange mark on her forehead, which is to prevent the vengeance of her spirit, Detective Khan from DSI is assigned to investigate the case. The dead girl is brought to Dr. Nicha at CIFS in Bangkok to find more clues and identify the body. Meanwhile, C, a former teenager's heartthrob, is involved in this case when he begins to search for his lost ex-girlfriend. When the ghost is trying to connect to the living, Detective Khan starts to believe in something supernatural that leads him to the truth.
