在这部老师也疯狂喜剧/儿童片中,故事发生在光正实验学校六年级一班之中，这是校园里出了名的问题班级，所有问题学生和不良校霸都汇聚在了一班的教室之中，就连校长也拿这个班没有办法。肖子恩（韩立 饰）是学校里刚刚上任的新手教师，刚一来，就被分派到了六一班，成为了班主任。
刚开始，身经百战的学生们自然不可能将面前这个青涩的老师当做一回事，没多久就给他来了个下马威，可肖子恩并没有像其他老师那样大发雷霆，而是另辟蹊径，始终对学生们保持着敬畏和尊重的态度。随着时间的推移，不按常理出牌的肖老师和学生们之间逐渐建立的信任，可他的某些做法却招致了家长们的误会和抵触。
